Everyday day we step out,
We hustle and bustle,
Trying to make ends meet,
Venturing paths unleashed.
Everyday we walk the streets,
Our shadows…our companions,
Our life in the Supreme hand,
Our choices…our lasting take.
This is the struggle,
This is everyday everywhere,
The hustle is real.
But how real is your hustle?
My darling, I miss your smile,
The feel of your long woolly hair,
The love we had,
And the ruin we made.
When darkness came,
I left when I should have stayed,
I shoved you away.
Now, robbed of your charm,
You are tucked into a corner
And I am left to the foreigner.
Like the sun, in time, you will rise,
And your devotion, a corona about you.

We all have dreams and we all aim for something; we create our unseen realities hoping that one day we will get there but the question is, how do we pursue our dreams? What measures do we take to make sure that the unseen reality we have dreamt of turns to a natural reality? A simple and perfect answer will be to put God first in all that we do; most of us ignore that.
John 15:5 “I am the vine…..If you abide in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit…”
I’m writing this from a believers point of view, not as a saint though but as a man trying to correct his ways and maybe yours alongside. God is love and He says “I will never leave you nor forsake you” but rather if we remain in him then every other thing falls in place.
Faith or the 6th sense as some people call it is key in this discussion. Faith is the displacement of doubt and believing in the natural impossibilities (Heb. 11). Many have chased their dreams aimlessly, just dreaming but never believing, seeing but never reaching; always questioning every step. How then do you intend to get there when you’ve got very little faith. It is an unseen reality, we can do nothing about it.
Phill. 4:6 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving present your request to God”
As long as we remain with the Lord he will never leave us. Work by faith and not by sight, for the world will always present an obstacle but with faith we can move mountains. The expectations of the righteous will not be cut off.
